Habit Stacking
Explanation
Habit stacking uses a routine you already do automatically as the reminder for a new behavior, following the formula "After [current habit], I will [new habit]." It works because you borrow an existing trigger instead of relying on memory or motivation to start.
Example
"After I pour my morning coffee, I will write down my top 3 priorities for the day" stacks a new planning habit onto an existing coffee routine.
